After One Week on the SHD...

Ok...this was great !  I lost 10 pounds and Jeff lost about 4.  We are going to  continue with this for a while.  One week on, one day off with healthy eating and back on again.  The food has been very satisfying thus far.   If you love veggies than it's great.  Still have fruit and meat on certain days too, even rice or for this week we are using bulgar wheat.  I'll keep updating.
